CONS
You might not get “top dollar” — Since you’ll be selling your home as-is in just a couple of weeks, that means we’ll be taking care of all repairs and improvements to get the property back up to its market value. So you won’t get as much money for it as you would if you made all of those repairs and renovations yourself.
