Who is Clear Sky Properties?

We at Clear Sky Properties are a small, family owned company based out of Fort Wayne.

My wife and I, having both been raised locally, have chosen to raise our 4 kids here as we have deep roots in the community and are passionate about the people in it. Northeastern Indiana is our home, and we love serving the people who live here with us.

Clear Sky Properties – A blending of my two passions

First – In the small bits of free time that I have, I try to spend it flying! The past couple of years, I have developed a passion for flying paramotors. It is an incredibly freeing experience. Of course, the safest and most enjoyable times flying paramotors are during those times when we have the clearest skies.

Second – I love to teach and promote ethical landlording and how to providing housing for our community. I host a group that meets regularly where the goal is to teach folks that if you want to own property, the people involved come first.

Bringing these two passions together set a very clear path for the makings of Clear Sky Properties!
