List The House Again — It’s probably not the first thing a seller wants to hear… but it is an option. If the plan is to list the house again, then we recommend updating appliances, making repairs, staging the home, and doing anything else that comes to mind that will help it sell on the MLS.
Find Tenants — If you’re struggling to sell your home the traditional route, but the house is still in good shape, then renting it out is a possibility. Just make sure to find good tenants who will treat your property with the respect it deserves and make payments on time.
Wait For a Better Market — This probably isn’t the answer anyone is looking for… but if it’s a tough market for the home’s price-point, then it might be better to wait until the market improves.
